Jan Hhlaves, MD, is Chief Medical Doctor at the Vital Age Clinic, where he helps clients achieve measurable gains in health and performance. Previously, he practiced at the Healthy Longevity Clinic, refining his integrative approach that unites medicine, nutrition, and training to keep clients in their prime years longer.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Charles University and a Master’s degree from Dresden International University. Beyond clinical work, Jan is a member of the expert team at the German Society for Longevity and contributes to international projects in Germany, Spain, and the Czech Republic.
